For more than 15 years, Altron has supported operations of the U.S. Department of State's National Passport Center (NPC) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Since the 2000 opening of the Passport Center (CPC) in Charleston, South Carolina, Altron has been a key player in staffing critical needs of the agency and continue to provide services in critical areas of the center.

U.S. Department of the Navy
As part of the Navy's Submarine Advance Processor Build (APB) Tactical program, our team at Altron created an Information Retrieval engine that used proficient and precise search techniques to retrieve relevant ship classification metadata from a data repository when generated by operator query. Our team also played a vital role in the design, development, and integration of the Navy's AN-BYG1 Tactical Control System (TCS), along with providing Financial Improvement Plan and financial-related ERP support services.

Our team at Altron supports the operations and maintenance of the U.S. Marshal's service Justice Detainee Information System (JDIS). Other support includes the migration of the JDIS database from Informix to Oracle and the migration of the Prisoner Tracking System (PTS) to JDIS.
