Chief Executive Officer - Lisa K. Heape,

Ms. Heape became the principal owner of Altron in 2002 and has served as chairman of the company’s board of directors since 2003. Prior to joining Altron, she worked in telecommunications as a customer service manager and was formerly a project coordinator with the Governor’s Highway Safety Program in North Carolina.
Ms. Heape holds a B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina. She has served as an active volunteer with several community-based fundraising events, including the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball and the Susan G. Komen Race For the Cure, and is a past member of the Sustainers’ board of The Junior League of Charleston, Inc.

President - Mike Zaramba,

Mr. Zaramba joined Altron in late 2007 with a mandate to expand both its subcontracting and prime contracting work with federal clients like the State Department’s Bureau of Consular Affairs and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He subsequently opened the company’s Washington, D.C. office to be closer to clients and expand its teaming relationships in the regional integrator community.
He was previously SVP and CFO for Stanley Inc. (NYSE: SXE), where he oversaw finance, legal and administrative operations and laid the groundwork for several strategic acquisitions over his 15-year tenure. During that time, he helped grow the business from $10 million in annual revenues to $400 million.
Mr. Zaramba holds a B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Vice President - Mike Gercken,

Mr. Gercken is the Vice President of Altron where he is responsible for IT Solutions management, operations and business development. He has over 20 years experience in pioneering and developing information technology solutions for government and commercial clients.
Prior to joining Altron, he co-founded Provident Analysis Corporation (PAC) in 1999 and merged PAC with Altron in 2009. He has been involved with all aspects of software and systems engineering from supporting Enterprise Architecture Planning, Applications Development, Tactical Systems Development and commercial game development.
Mr. Gercken holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, as well as an M.S. in Computer Science and a Certificate in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University.

Chief Financial Officer - Stacey Wells,

Ms. Wells joined Altron in 2008 as Vice President and CFO. She oversees all financial matters for the firm including, banking, accounting, finance, and risk management. As part of the executive team, she supports our continued organic growth while positioning the company to capitalize on potential strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining Altron, Ms. Wells worked for Stanley, Inc. (NYSE:SXE) in a number of senior management positions. Her most recent position was director of M&A integration, where she played a central role in the company's successful strategic acquisition program.
Ms. Wells earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and has passed the CPA examination.

Vice President, Portsmouth - Rick Picard,

Mr. Picard has been Altron’s program manager for the U.S. Department of State's National Passport Center since it opened in 1992, and also oversaw processing operations at the Charleston Passport Center for its first few years of operation. He has over 25 years of experience in personnel management, work volume and personnel forecasting and management training.
Mr. Picard has a B.S. from Franklin Pierce College and an MBA from New Hampshire College.
